The Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust wishes to contract a Microbiological Testing Service Provider to carry out a range of water sample analysis for the presence of waterborne organisms to comply with Health Technical Memorandum (HTM) 04-01 Parts A,B & C: Safe Water in Healthcare Premises, L8 Approved Code of Practice and Guidance (Fourth Edition), HSG parts 1,2 & 3, HBN 00-09, BS 7592:2008, BS EN ISO 11731-2:2008, BS6068-4.18:2004, BS6068-4.12:1998 and ISO 11731:1998.
