CONTRACT FOR MOBILE FOOD AND DRINKS CONCESSIONS - WORLD TRANSPLANT GAMES AND TOUR OF BRITAIN GATESHEAD

Tender description

Gateshead is hosting several sporting events as part of the World Transplant Games 2019. Concessions are required for two locations for the following: 1. Mill Road Car Park Wednesday to Friday the 17th, 18th and 19th August 2019 The sport ‘Petanq’ (French Boules) will be hosted on Performance Square and Mill Road Car Park. There will be a designated area for concessions on Mill Road Car Park 2. South Shore Road Friday 19th August 2019 World Transplant Games time trial Cycling event will take place from South Shore Road on a continuous loop around Newcastle and back to Gateshead Quays. There will be a dedicated space for spectators with space for concessions nearby. In addition to the above event Gateshead Quays will host the Tour of Britain Cycling Race start point on Tuesday 10th September 2019. Concessions will be required before and after the start of the race. Concessions are required for the following: 3. Vicinity of South Shore Road/Mill Road car park Tuesday 10th August 2019 Gateshead Quays will host an official start point of this race that is expected to attract large crowds of public, schools and communities.
