Tender description

Lot 1: ESB Group wishes to appoint a panel to provide both one-to-one business coaching to managers and team business coaching services to maximise individual potential and further improve individual, team and company performance in Ireland and the UK; Lot 2: ESB Group operates a panel of ESB internal coaches who have been formally trained in provision of business coaching services. Therefore, to ensure continuity of this service we wish to appoint suppliers who can provide individual and/or group business coaching supervision services to ESB Group’s internal coaching panel. ESB managers are geographically based across Ireland. ESB also has expanding interests in the UK. While it is expected that the services will be mainly based within the Republic of Ireland, successful applicants may occasionally be required to provide business coaching services to managers who are based in the UK.
