Tender description

This general replacement for vinyl /safety floor/studded tiles/carpet contract shall commence on the 10.2.2019 and subject to the conditions of the contract shall continue until the termination on 8.2.2021 with the option to extend for a further year. In the event of the contractor failing to comply with any of the conditions herein below specified, the contracting authority shall have the power to terminate the contract without previous notice. The termination of the contract shall not prejudice the rights of the contracting authority in respect of any breach by the contractor of its terms. The quantities shown in the tender documents are an estimate of the purchaser’s total requirement over the period of the contract. No guarantee is given that these quantities will be adhered to and purchase orders will be issued to meet actual requirements during the contract period. Ref RFT. Ref RFT.
