Car Park Charges by Text

English Heritage operates 17 unstaffed sites where we would like to introduce car park charges. They do not have car park machines and therefore payment by text is our preferred method. To ensure the best possible visitor experience we would like customers to be able to make payment by text without the need to set up a payment method via phone call or app. Payment should by by text via their phone contract.We need to ensure that payment to English Heritage Trust can work within our existing financial processes without the need for new payment service providers or acquiring banks.
