Building Positive Relations – Capacity Building Programme for District Electoral Area (DEA) Fora across the Newry, Mourne and Down District Council area within the PEACE IV Local Action Plan Competent suppliers are hereby invited to tender for the development and delivery of training programmes for DEA members, preference will be given to accredited training programmes. These training programmes should be designed to assist DEA Forum members in delivering their role and function in a meaningful, purposeful way in order to develop and sustain contact with those from different community backgrounds. The training programmes should cover the following three areas 1, Good Relations, 2 Conflict Resolution and Effective Communication & 3, Roles and Responsibilities of DEA Fora, as part of Capacity Building Programme for District Electoral Area (DEA) Fora across the Newry, Mourne and Down District Council area within the PEACE IV Local Action Plan. The project is supported by the European Union's PEACE IV Programme, managed by the Special EU programmes Body (SEUPB).
