Tender description

Servicing and repairs to fire alarms. Fife Council is seeking tenders from service providers to establish a framework agreement for servicing and repairs to their fire alarm and systems installed in both public buildings and domestic housing stock. The contractor must hold either LPS1014 or the BAFE SP203 accreditations. This comprises approximately: — 401 no property services sites (mainly public buildings), — 11 no property services sites with wireless/radio systems, — 13 no property services sites with nurse call systems (mainly older persons care homes), — 88 no housing services (sheltered housing, hostels, domestic houses, multi storey flats etc.).
