Tender description

Wexford County Council intends to establish a multi-supplier framework for full design team services for the purpose of designing and constructing building projects for Wexford County Council. The projects to be delivered include, but are not limited to, the construction of new residential and commercial projects including renovations and refurbishments of existing buildings. The projects will be delivered under the Capital Works Management Framework (CWMF) and will include projects delivered by rapid delivery as well as employer led design. The design team will comprise of architect (design team lead), civil and structural engineer, mechanical and electrical engineer, quantity surveyor, PSDP, assigned certifier, fire safety consultant (where required by CA), DAC Consultant (where required by CA).
