Category 2: Architect Led Integrated Design Team Services for Residential Projects with a Construction Value greater than 10 000 000 EUR. Clúid Housing proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system for the provision of architect led integrated design team services for housing projects nationwide. The integrated design team will be led/coordinated and managed by the Architect and comprise architectural, civil and structural engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering, quantity surveying and landscape architect as the principal services.
