Acute Home Visiting Service for NHS Basildon & Brentwood CCG

Basildon and Brentwood Clinical Commissioning Group (“The Contracting Authority”) is seeking suitably qualified and experienced providers to supply a 7-month Acute Home Visiting Service. The Acute Home Visiting Service (AVHS) will work with member GP practices to support the provision of home visits for vulnerable housebound patients. The provision of support in this area is in-line with the relevant GMS/PMS clauses relating to Home Visiting requirements. The Contracting Authority wishes to establish a single Provider contract per Lot for the provisions of Acute Home Visiting Service. The following are the available Lots which are being procured. Bidders may bid for up to all six (6) Lots: Lot 1: Billericay (Aggregate 7 month Contract Value = £68,551) Lot 2: Brentwood (Aggregate 7 month Contract Value = £134,911) Lot 3: Central Basildon (Aggregate 7 month Contract Value = £73,010) Lot 4: East Basildon (Aggregate 7 month Contract Value = £63,945) Lot 5: West Basildon (Aggregate 7 month Contract Value = £89,887) Lot 6: Wickford (Aggregate 7 month Contract Value = £136,689) The Contracting Authority reserves the right to award amalgamated contracts covering multiple Lots if as a result of this procurement any single Bidder wins multiple Lots.
