19/005 Framework Agreement for Event Security & Stewarding Services

Tender description

Tamworth Borough Council currently organises and holds three events for the public each year for which it requires security and stewarding services. These are Fireworks Night, St George's Day Celebrations and an Outdoor Cinema Evening. The Council is seeking to enter into a Framework Agreement with a single contractor for the provision of Event Security & Stewarding Services in relation to these annual events and, as they may arise, other similar type impromptu events held within the Borough. The term of the Framework Agreement shall be for a period of one year with an option to extend by up to a further three one year periods to a maximum of four years if all extensions are used.
