Tender description

SSC has a need to refurbish and maintain the condition of its boreholes, ensuring the assets functionality. To optimise the BHs performance works will need to be carried out to improve and maintain their condition including: drilling new BHs; drilling current BHs deeper; cleaning, relining, repairing and other rehabilitation of BHs and headworks; abandonment of redundant boreholes; facilitating works to allow borehole surveys and investigations. This CN is a call for competition with process planned to start in February 2019, with implementation of the successful tenderer(s) from Q2 2019. This is planned to be a negotiation procedure (article 47) whereby companies who respond with an expression of interest will receive a PQQ which will identify company information, financial standing and capability based on experience. Once evaluated suppliers will be shortlisted and invited to ITT stage, the tender will be evaluated based on the most economically advantageous tender. Estimated total contract value circa 4 000 000 GBP to be awarded as a framework which gives no guarantee of works or volume.
