Timber Bench/Seat Slats Manufacture and Installation - Soft Market Testing Exercise

London Borough of Sutton have recently built three Brick Planters in Beddington Village Square, two of which have a step in them to create a seating area. The Council's architects on the job envisaged a wooden slatted approach to the seating on both planters and this is what the council would like to commission. However the council would like to ensure the best approach for this commission in terms of type of materials used etc. The council would therefore like to seek the expertise from the market on this commission and is inviting all providers to participate in this soft market testing exercise to refine the specification. Sutton Council will use the information gathered during this soft market testing exercise to inform the final specification. All providers are asked to review the DRAFT Specification (and attachments) and then provide answers to the questions in the exercise document attached. PLEASE COMPLETE THE QUESTIONS IN THE EXERCISE DOCUMENT AND SEND ALL DOCUMENTS AS AN ATTACHMENT VIA THE MESSAGING SYSTEM ON PROCONTRACT.
