Theale Fire Station Remediation Works

Tender description

Royal Berkshire Fire Authority "the Authority" is seeking to select a remediation contractor to be the nominated subcontractor for the remediation works on a contract for the construction of a new fire station at Theale, Reading. All interested contractors are required to complete this Suitability Questionnaire and Invitation to Tender as well as the Contract Sum Analysis / Pricing Document (see Financial and Contract UAC document). Following evaluation of the Suitability Questionnaire and Invitation to Tender and Contract Sum Analysis / Pricing Document (see Section J for details of the evaluation), the preferred contractor will be nominated as a subcontractor on the main contract for the construction of the new fire station.
