Tender description

This Prior Information Notice relates to the procurement of a Passport Issuance and Processing System (PIPS) for the Irish Passport Service in the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. It is anticipated that a procurement competition for the provision of a solution will begin during Q1 of 2019. The solution being sought will be the main back office processing system and system of record for all passport applications and associated passport holder information. In addition to the provision of a solution the Department will also seek the provision of associated services including but not limited to implementation of the system, support, maintenance and training.
