The supply of an integrated HR, payroll and care solution which is supplied and supported by 1 provider. Transform’s current HR, payroll, care and support systems all work in isolation of each other and the other systems used across the organisation, because of this it requires manual workarounds and, in many cases, double entry of data. The systems are also not very easy to use which places greater reliance on central services to manage processes which should be managed directly by staff and managers. Transform wants to replace these systems with an integrated HR, payroll, care and support solution that is supplied and supported by 1 provider. The high-level objectives for the project are: — to procure and implement a feature rich solution, that will provide the necessary rigour, control and flexibility required to control HR, payroll, care and support services, — offering the best user experience that works for all our people across any device, — protect personal data, — to move all paper-based processes and forms into the system and then enable these through intelligent workflow, — moves Transform from being reactive to proactive in the delivery of their service through using data intelligently and in real-time, — eliminates double entry of data and duplication, — to ensure that the transition from the incumbent systems are as minimally disruptive to Transform and that there are no breaks in continuity of the existing operations, — to deliver streamlined processes which are as efficient as possible, processes that are digital wherever possible, paper is minimised, and self-service operations are maximised, — to select a supplier who will offer a partnership approach to the supply and ongoing support of the system.
