Home Group is seeking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced supplier(s) to provide fire safety servicing, repairs and maintenance services. The appointed supplier(s) will be expected to service, repair, maintain and replace the following components: — fire alarms and associated components, — emergency lighting, — fire fighting equipment. There are 3 contract’s being tendered for award covering 3 regional geographies. The regions are split to match Home Group’s operational maintenance delivery teams. The 3 regions are: 1) North East and Scotland; 2) North West and Midlands; 3) South.
