Tender description

Ofgem require the running of an SCS Leadership Development Programme to enhance how its SCS work together as a leadership community and its collective leadership, as well as building on individual competencies and skills. The Provider shall be responsible for designing and delivering the Programme. The Programme should be developed to include a mix of around 5 - 10 half day and full day sessions, and be ready for delivery starting mid/late February 2019, for a cohort of ten SCS. The Programme shall be delivered over a period of approximately six months. The Programme should also include two to three 1 to 1 coaching sessions per participant.
