Request for Tenders for the Supply of Ballot Papers and Posters for the Presidential Election 2018

The Office of Government Procurement (OGP) on behalf of Department of Housing, Planning and Local Government (the “Contracting Authority”) invites tenders (“Tenders”) to this request for tenders (“RFT”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for the supply of the goods as described in Appendix 1 to this RFT (the “Goods”). In summary, the Goods comprise: If more than one candidate is nominated at the forthcoming Presidential election, and a poll takes place, printing of an estimated 4 million Ballot Papers and 26,000 Posters and delivery of same to 21 locations in the Republic of Ireland Tenderers should note that the quantities of ballot papers and posters stated for each location are estimates, and the quantities actually required may vary. Any variations in quantity are not expected to be significant. 4,000,000 Ballot papers (in books of 100 for all Dublin locations and books of 50 for all othe locations) and 26,000 Posters to 21 locations. However, if only one candidate is nominated at the forthcoming Presidential election, a poll will not take place and the resultant contract of the RFT will not therefore be utilised.
