Provider Day opportunity in relation to a planned procurement of a Customer Relationship Management System

Sefton Council is planning to procure a replacement Customer Relationship Management System over the coming months and has opted to host a provider day. Any interested potential providers may choose to attend. The intention is to communicate to the marketplace what the Council's planned procurement route is, as well as providing an insight as to the Council's aspirations through this procurement. Providers will be able to ask questions on the day. The Council intends to publish all questions asked and responses given, along with copies of any information mad available on the day within its subsequent procurement documentation, in order that any provider that is unable to attend will have access to the same information that attending bidders have.
