Tender description

Wiltshire Council is seeking to commission accommodation-based housing related support for high risk offenders. The successful Tenderer must have access to appropriate accommodation and housing management services from which to support offenders, the majority of whom will be referred from statutory offender management services. The support service should adopt a person-centred approach to enable customers to develop greater independence, access specialist services, overcome barriers to independent living and move on successfully. The Council is looking to award contracts for a 3 year period, with a potential extension of 1 further year to allow provision to be reviewed.
