The contract is for the supply of Theatre Wear products used by NHS Wales. These products include: — Disposable Paper Briefs, — Heavy Duty Aprons, — Caps and Hoods, — Protective Eyewear, — Scrub Top and Trousers, — Patient Gowns, — Surgical Gowns, — Surgical Masks. This lot will contain various sizes of Disposable Paper Briefs. This lot will contain Heavy Duty Aprons that will be green and have a minimum of 50 micron thickness. This lot will contain a Theatre Cap with an Elasticated Back and will be available in Blue, Pink, Green, White and Yellow. This lot will contain a Theatre Cap with a Tie Back and will be available in Blue, Green, Pink and White. This lot will contain a Theatre Mobcap that will be available in Blue, Green, Pink and White. This lot will contain a Surgical Hood that is Tie On available in Blue. This lot will contain Protective Shield Plastic Eyewear that will need to be Antifog. This lot will contain Blue Single Use, Scrub Tops and Blue Single Use, Scrub Trousers with sizes from Extra Small to Extra Extra Large. This lot contains Blue Top & Trouser Scrub Sets sizes from Small to Extra Large. This lot will contain Face Visors that will be Antifog and available in sizes 3/4 Length and Full Length. This lot will contain SMMS Patient Gowns that will be Non Sterile, Universal Sizes and available in Examination, X-ray and Smock.
