Heating System Maintenance for Swale Borough Council

Tender description

Swale Borough Council is inviting Expressions of Interest to tender for the the annual servicing and reactive repairs for the gas fired boilers, radiant heaters and associated equipment in Swale Borough Council’s buildings. The contract will commence on 14th March 2019. The specification covers all the heating plant, including distribution and heat emitters, for the buildings located in Sittingbourne, Faversham, Sheerness and Queenborough. Annual services are to be undertaken on each system to maintain them in good working order. An additional service is included to provide emergency repairs on the systems in the event of a failure of both gas and oil fired boilers. Further detailed information is provided in the RFQ document. Expressions of Interest must be submitted via the Kent Business Portal by completing the Request for Quotation (RFQ) document. The closing date for submission of Expressions of Interest, and R.F.Q is 10/02/2018. For enquiries – please submit any questions you may have through the Kent Business portal.
