YPO is seeking the views from the market around establishing a time credit/time banking framework which can be accessed by a range of customers, such as local authorities, health providers, schools. It is envisaged that the provider(s) will work with local residents and communities to identify key areas of interest where time credits/time banking can be earned/spent and which meets the strategic commissioning needs of the purchasers.
