Tender description

The Argyll and Bute ADP seeks to commission community based services, in line with the Scottish Government’s Road to Recovery — Recovery Oriented Systems of Care — and Changing Scotland’s Relationship with Alcohol Framework, to complement the existing statutory sector services, to provide holistic person centred and recovery orientated care and support for people affected by addictions. The ADP requires providers to develop individualised recovery journeys for and with each service user which identifies the wide range of options necessary for individualised recovery planning and effective discharge planning. The provider will therefore develop and maintain clear pathways between local addiction agencies and with a wide range of other specialist and generic services. Support will include both community and home based interventions which are appropriate for clients at all stages in their recovery journey.
