Tender description
HBC owns and manages 8 properties that it lets out for use as employment space. These properties are currently managed ‘in-house’ by the Estates Team and advice on all building related compliance issues is given to the Estates Team by the HBC Operational Property team. HBC would like to satisfy itself that all necessary systems and documents are in place so that it fulfils all its statutory duties as Landlord and property manager.
