Tender description

Great Yarmouth Borough Council and Norfolk County Council would like to better understand the barriers to a successful housing market within the main four wards that make up the centre of Great Yarmouth town centre. The commission will examine the current and future housing needs within the study boundary and identify opportunities and barriers to widening the mix and choice of housing. The work will also examine complementary and parallel projects and interventions necessary to enhance the offer. Such interventions may include economic development initiatives, support for new transport or communications infrastructure and enhancement of the social environment (education, health and leisure facilities) as well as the public realm/amenity. The study may be used by both Councils to help support funding bids. Please consider this when submitting your tender response and subsequent report. Keywords: Property, Market, Study
