Tender description

The service relates to fire safety on residential estates within the common parts of the landlord’s demise. The scope of the contract will include: The completion of statutory periodic inspections including assessments relating to the building and equipment; the monitoring, testing and servicing of fixed and non-fixed installations for fire safety including alarms, emergency lighting, sprinkler systems, valves and dry or wet risers as well as fire extinguishers to each building. This will also include for the ad hoc replacement and/or repair of safety system components including emergency luminaires, fire detection and alarm components, sprinkler system components and wet and dry riser components, where the statutory inspections undertaken under the contract, provide recommendation for remedial work.
