Tender description

Norfolk County Council is seeking an investor who will work with the Council and the provider market to establish special purpose vehicle(s) which will fund and contract for the delivery of evidenced based interventions potentially covering social prescribing, apprenticeship training, employment and school exclusions. This procurement is for the investor only. It is intended that once the investor is appointed that they will work with Norfolk County Council and the provider market to establish special purpose vehicle(s) as set out in the specification. Norfolk County Council is seeking an investor who will work with the Council and the provider market to establish special purpose vehicle(s) which will fund and contract for the delivery of evidenced based interventions potentially covering social prescribing, apprenticeship training, employment and school exclusions. It is intended that once the investor is appointed that they will work with Norfolk County Council and the provider market to establish SPV (s) as set out in the specification. Any resulting contract or contracts for delivery of the services that are agreed from the co-design work will likely be for a 5-year plus term. It is not anticipated that Norfolk County Council will be charged for the co-design work undertaken by the investor.
