Tender description

Basildon Borough Council is seeking to let a contract for: I. A financial management product, an off-the-shelf software solution which does not require additional configuration, and II. Basic IT services close-to-the box for implementation, support and training. Supply and installation of a financial management system. The Council’s ICT Transformation will provide a platform to either host a new on-premises system on the infrastructure or preferably provide the required access to a Software as a Service Solution (SAAS).
