The Trust wishes to implement a managed service contract the supply of transfusion analysers, consumables, reagents maintenance, repair, training and regular review meetings and reports, to be implemented and closely managed for the duration of the contract. The analysers must be able to cope with current workload and the probability of a 10 % increase.
