Tender description
Consultant support for 4 recycling centre site projects (prior to construction). Norfolk County Council is the Waste Disposal Authority for Norfolk. Section 51 (b) of the Environmental Protection Act places a duty on Waste Disposal Authorities to provide places at which persons resident in its area may deposit household waste. The Council wishes to procure a sole Contractor support to plan, permit, design to consent and develop the specifications for 2 new sites and two existing site extensions (4 sites in total) phased between 2019 to 2021. The Council is seeking expressions of interest in this opportunity and suggestions as to the structure of this opportunity; e.g. packages of work.
