Concierge Service for Henffordd Gardens

Tender description

This tender is for the provision of Concierge Services for Henffordd Gardens, Hereford. Henffordd Gardens is an independent living scheme, it supports tenants who have a need for at least 10 hours of care per week. Connexus requires a concierge service to cover the following hours; 4pm - 7pm Monday to Friday and 8am -2pm Saturday and Sunday. The role will include: - Undertaking neighbourhood management services assessing security, health and safety checks in and around the home, repairs, reporting any concerns and/or faults. - Responding to emergency calls via the Tunstall Alarms on-site. Responding to non-routine/emergency situations which may arise and providing such assistance/reassurance that may be required until the appropriate service has been summoned and has attended. A more detailed specification of duties will be provided within the ITT.
