Tender description

Darlington Borough Council (the Authority) has a requirement for maintenance and 24 hour call-out and repairs service of its Public Space CCTV system and associated equipment. The service provided must be inline with the latest edition of requirements for Electrical Installations BS 7671:2018 (IET Wiring Regulations 18th Edition), Health and Safety at Work Act, all relevant British Standard specifications and Codes of Practice the Data Commissioners CCTV Code of Practice. The Contractor is also required to be a Genetec Partner. Maintenance is to be carried out April and October annually. The equipment includes Genetec and Samsung.
