Tender description

This is a Prior Information Notice to seek engagement with the market place to understand developments and innovation in regards to the provision of high and low level cleaning service to various HSCNI organisations. To this end the BSO Procurement and Logistics Service (PaLS) wish to facilitate a Supplier Engagement Day(s) to enable interested suppliers to share their knowledge of market developments with representatives from Heath and Social Care across Northern Ireland, to aid in the drafting of a specification to be utilised in a competitive tendering exercise. The Supplier Engagement Day(s) will take place mid-April (date(s) to be confirmed). Expression of interest should be submitted not later than 03:00 pm 18.2.2019. The exact details of the contractual arrangement are yet to be decided however for guidance it is envisaged that the scope of the procurement will include high/low level cleaning service within a health environment.
