Tender description

The Apprenticeship Levy can only be used against recognised apprenticeships and for pre-approved Government providers. From the list of providers only 3 were of a commutable distance. The learner and their manager discussed with all three their delivery methods and timescales. The UWL was the only one of the 3 that could honour a January 2019 start date - the other universities only take in in September. This is a hard to recruit and retain area of the business.
