Tender description

The Forestry Commission (FC) invites prospective bidders to tender for the opportunity to operate a Café lease from the newly constructed “Wendover Woods Café” at Wendover Forest Centre, near Aylesbury, Bucks (HP22 5NQ). Our intention is to award this Lease for a period of 10 years. Break is available within the lease after Year 5 (on the 5th anniversary of the term commencement date). A full copy of the draft Lease will be available in the tender pack to be published 18.2.2019. The total value of this lease over the entire period, (as detailed above), will be in the region of 10 000 000 GBP.
