Tender description

The contract is for the provision of 8no new build social housing units at Mountainhill Road, Ligoneil to create: — 5no. 3 person 2 bedroom General Needs Houses, — 3no. 2 person 1 bedroom General Needs Apartments. Please note this mix may be subject to change based on the outcome of a planning application. The site is roughly triangular in shape which fronts onto Ligoneil Road and Mountainhill Road, Ligoneil. The site is a brownfield site which has been cleared of any previous buildings and is located within a residential area. Site surveys are still to be undertaken. The contractor will be responsible for all services etc. to develop this site and for providing, prior to completion, the relevant statutory approvals and documentation. The scheme is to be on site by early 2018. The contract period is anticipated to be 12 months.
