Surveys to be carried out in 2 phases to the following areas: Phase 1 — external survey: — topographic survey — surrounding area of the National Library of Ireland, — elevations of national library of Ireland and adjoining Royal College of Physicians, — roof survey of the National Library of Ireland and connection to adjoin RCPI roof. Phase 2 — internal survey: — survey of the internal areas of the National Library of Ireland; plans (8 No.), sectional elevations (5 No.), room drawings (28 No.), details and 3D model of building, — access to the building will be available from 1.3.2019. Elements of the survey will require access to the Houses of the Oireachtas complex.
