Modification of the Contract has been made in accordance with Regulation 72 (1) (c) of The Public Contracts Regulations (PCR) 2015. Contract Variation 001 - The contract has been extended by US $25,935.00 excluding VAT. Modification of the Contract has been made in accordance with Regulation 72(1)(b)(i) of The Public Contracts Regulations (PCR) 2015. ***Modification of the Contract*** ***PLEASE NOTE THIS IS AN AWARD NOTICE, NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION*** UK Research and Innovation - British Antarctic Survey had a requirement for the provision of Internet Satellite link lease to KEP research station for a period of two years. The Contract was awarded under the Single Sourcing Action (SSA) process in line with regulation 32 (2)(b)(ii) where competition is absent for technical reasons.
