Tender description

IP-Scotland is running a procurement event that will engage one (1) contractor in the delivery of ground and site investigation works, across the Scotland Region, which covers the Scotland Route. The procurement shall be awarded under a nil value NR13C framework commission agreement. Works within the scope of the framework shall be directly awarded to the framework contractor. Network Rail's initial estimate of the value of works currently intended to be awarded under the framework is approximately 15 000 000 GBP over the effective period (CP6 and Y1 of CP7) of the framework. Participants should note that Network Rail may require the scope of this framework to extend to any ground and site investigation works in Scotland during the effective period (CP6 and Y1 of CP7). Therefore, Network Rail has provided for a total framework value of 50 000 000 GBP, taking into account that emerging work, may become necessary during the effective period. indicative breakdown of work types to be delivered under this framework: — site investigation, — ground investigation, — lab tests, — environmental surveys, — reporting, — reinstatement works.
