Tender description

Leeds City Council (fleet services) operates a diverse service critical fleet of around 1 200 vehicles incorporating a fleet of refuse collection vehicles and specialist agricultural vehicles and equipment. This tender is for the supply of external repairs of both onsite, at the roadside, off road and at any location within the Leeds Metropolitan boundary and occasionally attendance at a location outside Leeds where deemed necessary, but exceptional. The service consist of specialist tail lift repairs, servicing and LOLER certification. The service consists of service and repairs to manufacturers factory and aftermarket vehicle and plant air conditioning units. The service consist of providing an ATF facility to enable LGV testing plus equipment required to calibrate and repair tachographs to current legislation. The service consists of specialist gearbox repairs including removal and replacement.
