Transport for London (TfL) are looking at the different components of the service provision for temporary worker roles within contact centres, as well as some customer service representatives. TfL are looking for the provision of best in class operators that can add value to all parts of the process whilst providing an integrated and seamless service. TfL will be issuing a Market Sounding Questionnaire (MSQ) for this procurement. The MSQ allows TfL to engage with the market and help gather information to be built into the upcoming specifications for this procurement. This gives potential suppliers the opportunity to offer suggestions that may tailor the procurement more favourably to the current capability and capacity of the market.
