Tender description

Nottinghamshire County Council is undertaking this procurement on behalf of the East Midland Libraries (EMLIB) Consortium to establish a Framework Agreement for the supply of a range of e-Resources, namely e-Books, e-Audiobooks and e-Magazines. This is a collaborative procurement exercise any resulting Framework Agreement will be entered into on behalf of the consortium by culture, learning and libraries (Midlands) (known as ‘Inspire’) (i.e. Nottinghamshire County Council’s Libraries operating as a charitable organisation) with inspire as lead member. Inspire will also be calling off all services on behalf of the consortium and will act as suppliers’ single point of contact on behalf of the consortium, including provisioning and invoicing. Provision of eBooks. Provision of e-Audiobooks. Provision of eMagazines.
