Tender description

Norwich City Council requires a single supplier to provide remote processing resource for the completion of Housing Benefit, Council Tax Support and Council tax processes using the Northgate Revenues and Benefits Platform and the Civica document management system. The requirement for remote processing resources will fluctuate depending on both the need and the council’s internal organisational authorisation procedures, therefore expenditure cannot be guaranteed over the term of the contract. Processing will be for Housing Benefit, Council Tax Reduction and Council tax processes for residents of Norwich City Council only. The contract term is for an initial 1 year from 1.10.2019 to 30.9.2020 with options to extend on an annual basis until 30.9.2024.
