Tender description

HealthTrust Europe is looking to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of diagnostic equipment, associated consumables, services and maintenance. Awards under the framework could be made through but not limited to, capital purchases, amortised rentals and managed services. To assist in the strategic direction of the procurement, HTE will be holding supplier engagement day. Please send your expression of interest to diagnostics@htepg.com The deadline for expressions of interest for the supplier engagement day will be 29.7.2019. Within the expression of interest suppliers must indicate for which lots they are expressing an interest. The supplier engagement day will be held in accordance with Regulation 40 and 41 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015. Lot 1 is for the supply of Pathology analysers, equipment, reagents and consumables, maintenance, relevant IT such as data management platforms. It is envisaged that the contracted supplier(s) will provide a comprehensive range of equipment (this includes post and pre-analytics), associated reagents, consumables and maintenance within the main subcategories of, but not limited to: — chemistry, — haematology, — microbiology, — histopathology. Lot 2 is for the supply of Digital Pathology equipment, software, maintenance and all relevant IT infrastructure requirements. Lot 3 is for the supply of Radiology equipment, consumables, software, maintenance and all relevant IT infrastructure requirements. Lot 4 is for the supply of Ultrasound equipment, consumables, software, maintenance and all relevant IT infrastructure requirements. Lot 5 is for the supply of patient monitoring systems for adult, paediatric and neonatal. The equipment will include, but not limited to, observation machines, early warning scores, pulse oximetry, capnography, ECG Monitoring, blood pressure cuffs (single use and reusable) and thermometers. This lot also cover the supply of all associated consumables for the equipment herein and the maintenance. Lot 6 is for the supply of audiology services and related consumables which will include but not limited to the following: — new born screening, — patient assessment devices, — auricle calibration services. Lot 7 is for the supply, and maintenance, of Intravascular ultrasound (IVUS), Fractional Flow Reserve (FFR), Instantaneous wave-free ratio (iFR), Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT), Intracardiac Echo (ICE). This lot will also include the provision of all associated products with the above mentioned equipment. Lot 8 is for the supply of diagnostic video scopes and the maintenance to include Rigid and Flexible scopes for use in areas, but not limited to, Gynaecology and Urology, ENT and Bronchoscopy Scopes, Endoscopy GI Scopes, Endoscopy and Arthroscopy Visualisation, associated Instruments and consumables and Scope Repair. Lot 9 is for the provision of Managed Maintenance Services relating to diagnostic equipment. Lot 10 is for the supply of defibrillators to use in a hospital, community and emergency services setting. The equipment will include, but not limited to, internal defibrillators, external defibrillators, as well as electrodes, pads and cables. This lot also cover the supply of all associated consumables for the equipment herein and the maintenance.
