Durham County Council (DCC) would like to gather information via this market testing exercise in order to inform future commissioning intentions in relation to the provision of a County Durham Stop Smoking Service. To support this, we would like to gain information from the market regarding a number of issues related to a potential procurement exercise. This notice is not an invitation for formal expressions of interest.
