Tender description

The Council is seeking a service provider to provide a technology enabled care service across the county of West Sussex. The Council wants to work with a development partner/service provider to deliver the following 3 service elements, described more fully in the service specification, that make up this technology enabled care service: — service element 1: innovation and development of technology and/or digital services for West Sussex residents that complement their own support and networks, — service element 2: ‘Technology First’ cultural change including a TEC Learning and Development programme, and — service element 3: supply, set up and monitoring of TEC, continuously improving and extending the range and use of technological and digital services and products to meet individually identified health and social care outcomes.
