Tender description
The Derbyshire Independent Domestic Violence Advisor (IDVA) service is procured on behalf of a joint commissioning arrangement between Derbyshire County Council and the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC). Derbyshire County Council will act as the lead commissioner and will lead the procurement, and hold the contract with the successful provider. However the successful contractor will report into jointly managed contract meetings, with equal representation from the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner and Derbyshire County Council. The contract is for the delivery of an IDVA service across the area of Derbyshire (excluding Derby City).
