One Housing is looking to procure an asset management platform and invites interested suppliers to participate in a market engagement exercise prior to the commencement of a formal procurement process. The purpose of the engagement exercise is to gauge potential interest in this opportunity and to make sure that we take the most appropriate approach to this procurement. One Housing is looking to procure a future proof, fully integrated asset management platform providing the following key functionality: — asset lifecycle management, — maintenance management, — financial management including budget management and asset accounting, — contract management, — compliance management, — reporting/BI, — integration with other business systems (e.g. Housing, Finance and CRM systems). Also, providing the capability to future proof the Asset Management Platform with the following features: — internet of things (connected devices), — Geographic Information Systems (GIS/ESRI), — Building Information Modelling (BIM).
